  4. Note that it contained a copy of the CBM installer utility, which is not
  5. freely redistributable, and which I had to delete.  If you have a copy of
  6. the installer in your path somewhere, the Workbench should find and use that
  7. copy when you click on the installation icon.  If not, then you will have
  8. to do the install manually by decoding the installer script (sigh...).
